At MIJAAT, we take pride in delivering authentic pahadi jewellery, pichora, potli, and handcrafted products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Handcrafted and traditional products may have minor variations in color, design, or finish. Such variations are natural and not considered defects.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at mijaatstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

 

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy
