Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on MIJAAT may be cancelled.

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

2. Order Cancellation by MIJAAT

MIJAAT reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
